John Cusack Will Play Edgar Allan Poe in “The Raven”
John Cusack, star of films like High Fidelity and Hot Tub Time Machine, has signed on for the lead role of Edgar Allan Poe in the movie The Raven.
The Raven is a “fictional thriller” and will follow Poe through the last five days of his life as he is forced to join forces with a detective who is looking for a serial killer who has kidnapped his fiance. During the search, the detective goes on a copycat murdering rampage to mimic the serial killer’s actions.
Shooting will begin in October in Serbia and Budapest.
There have been a lot of other big names up for and tied to this project in the past couple of years, including Joaquin Pheonix, Ewan McGregor and Jeremy Renner.

Leonardo DiCaprio Granted Restraining Order Against Crazy Lady
Leonardo DiCaprio, star of films like Titanic, Romeo and Juliet and Inception, was granted a restraining order against deranged fan Livia Bistriceanu, a woman who believes she is Leo’s wife and is carrying his child…who she named Jesus… earlier this week.
Apparently, Livia sent Leo multiple hand written letters asking him if he would like to be the father of her unborn child.
Leo’s lawyer stated in court that the star was fearful of the “delusional” woman and for his personal safety.
One of the letters, obtained by TMZ, reads:
“Do you want to be with me for real and to be the father of Jesus? I’ve explained you I can’t be with nobody virtually. I have to have a father in reality for Jesus not like this.”
Yikes! The court ordered the woman to stay at least 100 yards away from Leo.
Ironically, this restraining order was granted in the same week that trial began against a woman who was arrested for striking Leo in the face with a glass at a private party in Hollywood in 2005, injuring his neck and face. The woman is facing up to 7 years in prison for the assault.
So, what is the deal with these ladies? Here’s the thing, Celebstalkers, everyone knows that Leonardo DiCaprio is a sexy slice of mougar berry pie, but if your “date” makes you feel like you have hide in the bushes or name your secret baby after the son of God, he may not be the right one for you!

Jackson Rathbone’s Newest Gig
Alright Jasper fans, you asked for more Jackson and it looks like he heard you! The newest buzz around town is that The Twilight Saga’s Jackson Rathbone has signed on to do what could potentially be a recurring role on the new ABC sitcom No Ordinary Family.
Well, already we are sure that he can handle it…after all, it’s not like the Cullen clan is anything ordinary.
The role Jackson will play will be that of a high school student whose family falls victim to a home invasion. Jackson’s character will be classmates with telepathic Daphne who we are guessing will get the fam together to help J-Bone out.
Well, what’s a Jackson Rathbone project without super powers, right?
No Ordinary Family premieres on ABC Tuesday, September 28th.
Filming for Breaking Dawn will start this winter where Jackson will reprise his role as Jasper Cullen.
We aren’t sure yet when Jackson’s spot will be, but we’ll let you know as soon as it’s released!

Hold on, my little spider monkeys! According to E! Online, Rob and Kristen are living together! The couple have reportedly been sharing a Rob’s secret love nest that Kristen helped him pick out! Now, we don’t know all the details, and this is, as always with Rob and Kristen, a rumor. The super secretive couple have still not even admitted they are dating, but according to recent rumors, they went to this secret hideaway right after leaving LAX on Tuesday.

Michael Douglas and Ex Wife in Legal Feud Over Money From Film
Michael Douglas, who will star in his soon to be released sequel to the 1987 movie Wall Street, is dealing with some baby mama drama with his ex Diandra.
According to Diandra, when the two divorced in 2000 the agreement was that any sequel that Michael made to a movie that he starred in while they were together, she would be entitled to some of the money.
According to Michael’s lawyer, that isn’t exactly true and the Wall Street sequel, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, is not one of the movies that she would get a payday from. Michael’s lawyer also said that the claim needed to be filed in California, where the coupe divorced.
The two met in court in New York on Tuesday where the judge made no ruling.
Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps will release in theaters next month.
Dustin Hoffman to Appear in Little Fockers
It seems that even though it was previously thought that Dustin Hoffman would not be appearing in the sequel, Little Fockers, he has been written into the script to reprise his role in the film.
Hoffman will appear in scenes opposite his on-screen wife, Barbara Streisand, as he returns to play the father of Ben Stiller’s character in the film.
Dustin was hilarious in the film Meet the Fockers, so it is exciting to know that he will be returning to the role in the follow-up.
He will star alongside the other stars returning for the third installment including Robert DeNiro, Ben Stiller, Blythe Danner, Owen Wilson and Teri Polo.
Some new faces to the franchise include big names like Harvey Keitel, Laura Dern and Jessica Alba.
The movie is set to hit theaters this December.

Angelina Jolie Talks About Future Projects
Actress Angelina Jolie has been linked to a ton of upcoming projects, but recently Celebstalk found out that one of these big projects in the works has been a rumor!
Apparently there has been a lot of buzz about Angelina portraying famous icon Marilyn Monroe in the new film version of the novel “The Life and Opinions of Maf the Dog”.
However recently, at the premiere of Jolie’s action flick Salt in London, when asked, the actress had no knowledge of the rumor at all!
“This is a new rumor,” she told USMagazine.com on Monday. “It sounds very nice-I just haven’t gotten the phone call yet. You guys will probably know before I do.”
Angie’s rep also confirmed the news with the LA Times saying, “Angelina is not attached to this project.”
So what IS Angelina doing right now?
Well, while she’s not out promoting Salt, Jolie is working on her directorial debut with a film (that she also wrote and will co-produce) about a love story set during the Bosnian War. The film will follow a Serbian man and a Bosnian woman who meet on the eve of the war and will show the effects the war has on their relationship, according to an announcement the production company, BK Films, recently made.
So far, Angelina isn’t expected to star in the movie and we have heard no new rumors about her handsome hubby, Brad Pitt, starring in the flick either.
No news yet on when this movie is set to start production, but we can tell you that The Tourist, where Angelina costars with Johnny Depp, will be hitting screens sometime in December!

Katie Holmes Will Join New Adam Sandler Project
According to The Hollywood Reporter, actress Katie Holmes will be joining the cast of Adam Sandler’s newest film, Jack and Jill.
Katie will be starring alongside Sandler and legend Al Pacino in the film.
The script is about a man named Jack (Sandler) whose twin sister, Jill (also Sandler) comes to visit for the Thanksgiving holiday and then won’t leave.
Katie Holmes would be playing the part of Jack’s wife while Al Pacino is playing himself.
Although we still aren’t sure when this movie will be released, we do have it on good authority that filming will begin sometime in October.

Taylor Lautner Sues Over His $300,000 Trailer
Everyone’s favorite werewolf, Taylor Lautner (AKA Jacob Black), is suing an RV dealership for not having his $300,000 trailer ready in time for his newest project, Abduction.
In a suit that the Twilight Saga star filed on Monday he claims that his dad negotiated a deal with an Irvine, CA McMahon’s RV dealership to deliver a custom trailer to the set by June so the star would be able to use it while filming his newest movie.
After the deadline passed, Lautner and Shark Kid Entertainment sued for a breach of contract and fraud.
So what is Taylor suing for? Nobody knows, but we sure would like to!

Brad Pitt Sentences Those Responsible for BP Oil Spill to Death
Recently mega-moug Brad Pitt spoke up about what he thinks of the people responsible for BP’s massive oil spill.
So what would Brad do if he was in charge? He says he would have considered having the people responsible for the BP oil spill executed if he was in power and while he usually opposes capital punishment, he would make an exception if he could.
FOX News quoted Brad while he was filming his part for Spike Lee’s new documentary If God is Willing and Da Creek Don’t Rise, which is being made to show the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina as it comes to it’s fifth anniversary.
When asked about his comment, Brad Pitt, who has been pretty active in helping rebuild parts of New Orleans, said “I was never for the death penalty before-I am willing to look at it again.”

Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy Cozy Up in Vienna
Kate Hudson and Muse’s Matt Bellamy are quickly becoming one of the hottest (and most well traveled) celebrity couples out there! From lunch in Paris to house hunting all over Europe and now drinks in Vienna, these two have been spotted all over the place together. In this picture we saw on daily mail UK, the two were spotted talking in the Hotel Imperial cafe in Vienna as Kate was reading what appears to be a script while Matt listens intently and smiles.
New rumors say that the lovey-dovey couple is now searching for an abode in New York, maybe in addition to the one they are looking for in Europe? Not sure yet. However, Bellamy has started speaking up more about the relationship.
Last month, before meeting Hudson’s mom, Goldie Hawn, Matt said, “We are meeting next week. I’m quite nervous!”
When asked about their future together, Matt said “It’s a bit too soon to talk about weddings and stuff. Ask me again in a few months though!
‘Things are going great at the moment. I am very happy. We’re just having fun together and are seeing how it goes. Kate is great.
‘We have tried to keep things private so we haven’t told anyone how we met or any details like that. We are just doing our thing.”
Well, rumor has it that the pair met in April at the Coachella Music Festival and hit it off. Sounds like things are moving along pretty smoothly and going great for the couple!

Miranda Kerr Announces Pregnancy
Newlyweds Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr are expecting!
According to multiple sources, Miranda announced that she is currently about four months in to her pregnancy.
“Yes, I’m pregnant. Four months along,” Kerr tells Spanish Vogue in an interview for their September issue.
There has been a lot of speculation recently about whether or not Miranda and hunky husband, Orlando Bloom, were expecting. Guess now we know!

The couple met on set filming True Blood in which their two characters Sookie Stackhouse and Bill Compton are in love. Anna and Stephen started dating during the first season of True Blood and were engaged last year. Stephen Moyer has two children a son named Billy and a daughter named Lily.
With news of the real life romance between Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson just breaking earlier this week, it makes you kinda wonder if it is possible in Hollywood these days for those who play vampire/human couples on screen to NOT fall in love in real life…

Steven Tyler To Bring Some ‘Sweet Emotion’ To American Idol!
It’s official! Mougalicious Steven Tyler, lead singer of the legendary band Aerosmith, will be joining the panel of American Idol judges for season 10!
Multiple inside sources confirmed the news of the done deal to E! News and Access Hollywood, saying that the deal with Tyler had been completed.
In case you’ve been living under a rock for over 30 years, Aerosmith has had such hits as “Dream on”, “Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing” and “Crazy”, to name just a very few.
While there is reportedly one more spot open for the final judge, we aren’t sure who they’ll pick. Although it is still rumored that Jennifer Lopez is still a top pick from FOX, new rumors circulating that the diva’s demands were too high. The studio is said to be speaking with several “big celeb names”, so who knows who they’ll pick…maybe Foxtrot Charlie or Echo Bravo should audition??

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Caught Kissing in Montreal
Remember last week when Celebstalk said that Rob and Kristen were a couple or we would eat our hats? Well, no hats will be eaten today, Celebstalkers! Either these two are a couple or the best friends two people ever had!
This fuzzy, yet bustalicious pic was snapped of the two in Montreal over the weekend where Kristen is filming her newest flick, On The Road, and captured by Celebuzz. Tom Sturridge can be seen in the background of the picture.
At the end of their romantic weekend, the two were spotted at L.A.’s airport together.
Rumors of the two secretly dating have been flying all over the net since the filming of Twilight.
Even their Twilight Saga costars don’t seem to be privy to all the details.
“I never know anything,” Elizabeth Reaser told MTV News earlier this year when asked about the couple. “I’m also, like, the clueless person on set that has no idea what’s happening. And I think I like it that way.”
So it still remains that the two have neither confirmed nor denied their relationship, and that’s okay with us. After all…a picture says a thousand words!

Hilary Swank Calls Relationship With Chad Lowe A Success
Despite their split three years ago, Hilary Swank tells In Style magazine in an interview that she considers the relationship a success.
“A lot of people look at divorce as a failure,” she says. “I really looked at my relationship with Chad as 14 years of success. I will carry him in my heart forever. He’s part of me. We have friendships that we grow out of. But I believe in the long haul. I believe in having a monogamous relationship.”
Oscar winning actress Swank, 36, currently resides with her boyfriend, talent agent John Campisi.
“I believe in the sanctity of marriage,” Hilary continues. “John and I, you know, we were both in long marriages and it’s not something we need to rush back into.”
Hilary and Chad met in 1997 while filming The Quiet Days and married after dating for five months.
Evan Rachel Wood and Marilyn Manson Call it Quits…Again
The on again/off again couple have decided to split again, this time 8 months after Manson proposed in Paris, according to E! News.
The two began seeing each other back in 2007 when Wood was in a video for Manson’s song, “Heart Shaped Glasses”. They have reportedly split up a couple times and been seen with various people while their relationship was on the fritz.
Manson was seen in West Hollywood over the weekend with his guitarist (Twiggy Ramirez), Playmate Colleen Shannon and a brunette who Manson referred to as his new girlfriend.
Evan Rachel Wood has not been linked to anyone, but you can see more of her on Sunday nights on True Blood.

MULLET MONDAY: COMEDY VS. TRAGEDY MULLET
Since the dawn of time, there have been the emotions of happiness and sadness, love and pain, comedy and tragedy…
This spectrum of emotion has fueled fires and wars the world over…but no war…no fire could have prepared us for what would become the most epic of all battles…. THE BATTLE OF THE MULLETS!!!!!!
The Comedy Mullet
Can be identified by the spiky top and soft wisps on the bottom.
Has been responsible for the success of sitcoms, movies, music and romance.
Is often accompanied by a general state of happiness and awesomeness.
The Tragedy Mullet
Is easily identifiable by subject harboring a general sense of hatred and/or disgust for the rest of the world.
Pairs wonderfully with ill fitting tank top and/or flannel.
Has been responsible for murderous rages, teary outbursts, music and romance.
So what have these mullets contributed to society? More than you probably know. While many people assume that comedy/tragedy mullets are affected primarily by the subjects wearing them, this is absolutely false. Celebstalk has been tirelessly researching this phenomenon and have found that the real culprit that is responsible for the mass hysteria is indeed the mullet itself.
If you’ll notice, the mullet worn by David Spade in the movie Joe Dirt is completely different from the mullet Charlize Theron wore in Monster. While many of you likely assume that the mullet was put in these movies strictly to imitate the characters, it is actually the mullet that is responsible for the acts that were committed by each person. We have included some of Celebstalk’s findings below.
Comedy Mullet AKA Joe Dirt Mullet
Notice how Joe Dirt is smiling? We believe that the sideburn portion of the mullet is responsible for this. I mean, come on, if you had awesome ‘burns like these, wouldn’t YOU be happy as hell? We sure would!
Also notice the length: We have determined that the length of the mullet contributes to the length of happiness on the mullet-meter. The fact that the mullet thins out dramatically we believe contributes to the level of happiness by not “dragging down” the subject.
Take a moment, also, to notice that even though David is wearing the worst possible alligator fighting outfit ever, he is still smiling. Do you really think that if he had any other hairstyle that he would be so happy? The answer is clear: Hell to the no!
Tragedy Mullet AKA Monster Mullet
Notice the expression on Charlize Theron’s face as she plays the lead in the movie Monster. See her general distaste and shocked look? We think that this is due to the slight feathering and sweepiness of the top of the mullet. Her eyes are only open so widely because she can’t control the mullet.
Take a look at the thickness of the mullet. It is almost exactly the same thickness of the gun she is carrying, which ironically, looks great with this mullet.
Notice the general “thrown together” look that the subject is wearing? We believe that this is because of the mullet. This woman is clearly so distraught by the affects and appearance of the mullet that she threw together this disaster of an outfit in an effort to escape it. When she got to the forest, she realized her plan had failed and snapped. This was the beginning of the end for this poor tragic case. If she had any other hairstyle, would she have gone over the edge? The world will never know…..

Doogie to Be a Daddy…Twice!!
Neil Patrick Harris and his longtime partner, David Burtka, have just announced that they are expecting not one, but TWO bundles of joy and very soon!
Saturday, via Twitter, the star announced the happy news that he and David would be parents.
“So, get this: David and I are expecting twins this fall,” Neil tweeted. “We’re super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy…”
Neil is also up for three Emmy’s this month for his role on the hit sitcom “How I Met Your Mother”, a guest role on “Glee” and hosting last year’s Tony Awards.
Wow! So it looks like baby fever is sweeping Hollywood again! Who do you think will be next?? Maybe Scarlett and Ryan?? Or Brad and Angelina??

Alanis Morissette Announces Pregnancy
Alanis Morissette and husband, Mario “MC Souleye” Treadway, announced on Wednesday that they are expecting their first child!
Alanis told Chelsea Handler that the news of the unexpected pregnancy was a pleasant surprise.
“I actually thought I wasn’t,” the 36 year old singer said. “I had just sort of said in passing (to my doctor) that I was a little late…and he said ‘Let’s take a quick look.’ “
When her doctor confirmed the happy surprise, Alanis told Handler, “And I said, ‘There’s still a chance I’m not, though, yes?’ And he said, ‘About as likely as me getting a sex change,’” she says. “And I said, ‘So,when are you getting your sex change?’”
Alanis gushes on her Twitter page, saying, “Yes, happy news….I’m pregnant 
we’re so excited to start our family…. xo a”
The couple married in May in a private ceremony at their home in L.A.

Odds are you’ve already heard something about the totally inappropriate sounding relationship between Kim Kardashian who is in her late 20′s and the teenage Justin Bieber. The young Bieber has already stated that although he thinks that Kim Kardashian is beautiful, he knows that she is way too old for him.Apparently after Justin Bieber admitted to having a crush on the beautiful older woman, she was attacked on Twitter by rapid (but probably appropriately aged) Bieber fans for hinting that she had also caught Bieber Fever. So what’s the big deal?

Recently Justin Bieber and Kim Kardashian did a photo shoot for Elle magazine that totally upped the WEIRD! factor. The shoot is filled with pictures of the two doing ‘couple-things’ like running hand in hand along the beach.
Kim Kardashian has said that the theme of the shoot was “The Graduate for obvious reasons” WEIRD!
Don’t think we don’t know what will be said by Elle, Kim, Justin, and all the other media sources once the WEIRD shiz hits the fan on this one:
They’ll say the shoot was meant be tongue in check, to tease media sources and Bieber fans who try to make an innocent relationship between two people into something more than it is.
They will put on their “I took one psych 101 as an undergrad” glasses and try to accuse anyone who says this shoot is WEIRD of having some Freudian defined dysfunction of their own.
But the fact remains that these freaking pictures are WERID.

Despite the months (or has it been years?) of denial or coy refusals to confirm a relationship, it finally seems safe to say that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart really are dating. The breaking news on these two secret lovers (yeah…that’s what they are… trying hard to hide the way they fee-el…) is that Robert Pattinson was busted by paparazzi neck nuzzlin’ Kristen Stewart!
So was Robert Pattinson neck nuzzling Kristen Stewart when this picture was taken? Looks like he could have just been leaning in to tell her something extremely funny or he could have smelled the freshly washed hair of Kristen Stewart.
Just after the neck-nuzzling news surfaced, Mirror.co.uk reported that Robert Pattinson seen leaving Kristen Stewart’s trailer with a cigarette in mouth:

We think that the major point here is that this picture shows Robert Pattinson visiting Kristen Stewart on the “On the Road’ set. Let’s see, first Kristen Stewart flies all the way to Budapest on her birthday because Robert is filming a movie there. Next, we find Robert Pattinon neck nuzzling Kristen Stewart way up there in Montreal pretty much as soon as he wraps filming Water for Elephants. Either these two just enjoy flying around the world to meet up to screw with the paparazzi…or…Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are dating…hhhmmmm…

There’s no denying that with 3 consecutive masters titles and two consecutive Grand Slam titles, Rafa Nadal has totally proven himself to the tennis world once again after a rough 2009. Rafa Nadal reclaimed his spot as number one in the world in men’s tennis with a recording breaking clay-court season and victory on the grass as well.
So, is this the year that the sexy Spanish sweetheart will finally break through and win the only Grand Slam title still eludes him? Maybe. For the King of Clay, the hardcourt season never yeilds his top results. Still, with an increasingly vunerable Roger Federer, a lackluster Andy Murray, and American Andy Roddick possibly struggling with health issues, players like Novak Djokovic and Robin Soderling might be Rafa Nadal’s major competition.

Yesterday Rafa Nadal played an exciting match against Stanislas Wawrinka, which he won 7-6 (12), 6-3. It seems that Rafa is more than ready to finally sieze his first ever U.S Open Grand Slam tennis title!
